Nice drawing, but the original Jarvis was a human in the comics. But the directors and producers, and all those people, of the movie thought it would make it too much like BruceWayne's/Batman's butler, Alfred. So they then decided that with Tony Stark being known as a genius and such, it wouldn't be so far-fetched if his butler was actually a computerized system that basically can do almost anything. So they made Jarvis the butler J.A.R.V.I.S. the disembodied voice, or Just A Rather Very Intelligent System.
